Such fillers are used in filling, packaging, bottling lines, as well as at stages of raw material preparation for the next technological process. This is a key element in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical production, where not only accuracy is important, but also hygiene, ease of cleaning, and resistance to aggressive media.
HOW THE TITAN DISPENSERS PISTON FILLER IS DESIGNED
Main elements and assemblies of the machine
The operation of the dosing unit is based on volumetric piston dosing through pneumatic material supply. During operation, the filler performs a sequence of reciprocating movements:
Draws in the product from the hopper (or external container).
Dispenses an exact volume, limited by the chamber volume.
Feeds the product through the nozzle into the container or production line.
Important feature: each portion is formed by the volume of the suction cylinder, which ensures high repeatability and accuracy even with products unstable in density.
MAINTENANCE THAT REQUIRES NO EFFORT
Maximum convenience — minimum time
All Titan Dispensers fillers are designed for easy and quick cleaning.
For sanitary treatment, you can use special detergents, which:
• remove product residues;
• prevent bacterial formation;
• ensure the safety of the final product;
• extend the service life of the equipment.
DESIGN FEATURES OF TITAN DISPENSERS
Reliability in every element
• Pistons and cylinders, made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L.
• Special 3-way valve, ensuring reliable operation of the filler.
• Feed hopper — with the possibility of heating, mixing, and mixer speed control.
• Interchangeable attachments and nozzles — for various packaging and container types (narrow, wide, conical).
• Material feed drive — most often pneumatic, resistant to overloads and long-term operation.
• Electronic control panel — for speed adjustment and maintaining the set temperature.
VARIETIES OF FILLERS FROM “TITAN TECHNIKS”
From 1 to 4 pistons — for optimal productivity
Depending on your task, we manufacture fillers with the required number of pistons, so that you can optimally ensure dosing of your product.
Number of pistons
Portions per 1 cycle
Application
1
up to 16–20
Small production facilities, test batches, semi-automatic operation
2
up to 32–40
Increased productivity without increasing dimensions; parallel operation
3
up to 48–60
“3 in a row”, several packages, 3 components in 1 container without mixing
4
up to 64–80
High-load lines and multi-stream dosing
Advantage: A larger number of pistons directly affects your productivity, increases output, and speeds up the production of finished goods without loss of accuracy.
CHOOSE A HOPPER FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Any function is available in the basic version
We manufacture vertical and horizontal hoppers with a volume from 30 to 100 liters in the basic version, as well as individual containers according to customer requirements.
Purpose of the hopper:
• Increases speed for continuous product supply to the piston.
• Equalizes pressure and prevents pulsation.
• Speeds up dosing of large product volumes due to fewer reloads.
Heating is carried out using built-in heating elements or a water jacket, the temperature is regulated via a thermostat with an accuracy of 1 degree. The temperature range is from 30°C to 90°C.
Mixing in the hopper is required when dosing the following products:
• mixtures with solid particles of different fractions;
• suspensions and emulsions;
• multicomponent products that may stratify or settle.
The mixer in the hopper ensures uniform consistency and dosing stability, especially when working with paste-like, thick, and viscous products.
The filler cleaning process will not take much time
Regular maintenance allows you to:
• prevent clogging of valves and pistons;
• ensure sanitary standards (especially in pharmaceuticals and the food sector);
• quickly switch from one product to another.
We recommend using Titan Cleaner washing liquids, which are suitable for daily equipment rinsing after each shift. These Titan Cleaner washing liquids ensure 100% cleaning of the equipment and remove all product residues. Systematic cleaning guarantees product freshness and increases the service life of the equipment.
Specialized washing liquids for filler maintenance have been developed by specialists from our company’s chemical department and tested in real operating conditions.
