We manufacture vertical and horizontal hoppers with a volume from 30 to 100 liters in the basic version, as well as individual containers according to customer requirements.
Purpose of the hopper:
• Increases speed for continuous product supply to the piston.
• Equalizes pressure and prevents pulsation.
• Speeds up dosing of large product volumes due to fewer reloads.
Heating is carried out using built-in heating elements or a water jacket, the temperature is regulated via a thermostat with an accuracy of 1 degree. The temperature range is from 30°C to 90°C.
Mixing in the hopper is required when dosing the following products:
• mixtures with solid particles of different fractions;
• suspensions and emulsions;
• multicomponent products that may stratify or settle.
The mixer in the hopper ensures uniform consistency and dosing stability, especially when working with paste-like, thick, and viscous products.
