Titan Technics offers the latest solutions in low-temperature freezers, designed for reliable storage of special materials that require strict temperature control. Our freezers are ideal for medicine, pharmaceuticals, electronics, military and chemical industries, as well as scientific research.
Vertical and horizontal freezers: what is the difference
Vertical freezers
Compactness and space saving — they take up less floor space, which makes them ideal for small laboratories and rooms.
Ease of access — all samples are easily accessible, which simplifies organization and retrieval of materials.
One-piece housing — made of SS304 steel, with an inner chamber of cold-rolled steel with antibacterial coating.
Horizontal freezers
Large storage volume — ideal for large-sized or large quantities of samples.
Temperature stability — they retain cold better when the lid is opened, which is important with frequent access to the contents.
Stainless steel — the insert made of food-grade stainless steel ensures long service life and easy maintenance.
Fields and areas of application
Our freezers are designed for use in a wide range of areas:
Medicine — storage of viruses, microbes, blood, skin and bacteria. Ideal for biological samples, vaccines and medicines.
Pharmaceuticals — preservation of chemical compounds, active ingredients and preparations at low temperatures.
Electronics — low-temperature testing of electronic devices and components.
Military industry — storage of strategically important materials and samples for research.
Chemical industry — safe storage of reagents and chemicals.
Scientific research — support for critical research in biology, chemistry and other sciences.
How to use the equipment
Installation and connection. Install the freezer on a level surface. Connect it to a power source (220V / 60Hz (AC), 24 DC). Make sure all connections are securely fastened.
Temperature setting. Turn on the freezer and set the desired temperature using the controller and LED display. Wait for the temperature to stabilize (time to reach operating mode: 60–240 minutes).
Loading materials. Open the freezer and carefully place the materials inside. Close the lid and make sure it is tightly closed.
Monitoring and maintenance. Regularly check the temperature and condition of the freezer. If problems occur, refer to the built-in audio and visual alarm system. Perform regular maintenance according to the manual.
