Impeller electric doser TTELI-2/80-35000/220/690 — dosing of viscous products for industrial applications
How to choose an impeller electric dispenser correctly and avoid mistakes
[ ЯкорьБаннер1 ]
Why the manufacturer matters
An electric dispenser with an impeller pump is not just filling equipment, but a key unit that determines portion accuracy, line stability, and minimal product loss. Therefore, when choosing, it is important to consider not only price and dosing range, but also the manufacturer, service, availability of spare parts, and real operating experience.
What to consider when choosing an impeller dispenser
Before purchasing, you need to determine what product will be dispensed, into what type of container, with what accuracy and productivity. It is important to consider viscosity, consistency, presence of particles or inclusions, chemical activity, and requirements for wetted materials.
The main criterion is not only the dosing range itself, but also stable repeatability of volume in real operation with viscous products. This is what determines filling quality and result predictability.

Questions to ask the manufacturer before purchase
Three key questions to ask before buying:
- How does the dispenser perform in real conditions with viscous products?
- Are there successful cases of working with your product?
- Is service, repair, and spare parts availability ensured?
- What type of impeller and materials are suitable for my product?
Ukrainian manufacturer of dispensers
Why “Titan Techniks”
“Titan Techniks” is a manufacturer that offers not just equipment from a catalog, but solutions precisely tailored to the specific needs of your production.
The engineering team under the Titan Dispenser brand has been developing electric dispensers with impeller pumps for many years, taking into account real production conditions. Our clients include food industry enterprises, cosmetic manufacturers, chemical production companies, as well as producers of sauces, pastes, and creamy products.
The approach is built around client needs:
- what product needs to be dispensed
- what volume per shift
- required accuracy
- operating conditions of the equipment
This allows selecting a solution not by template, but for a specific task.
Classification of Titan Techniks dispensers
Titan Techniks offers several types of dosing equipment depending on product properties and production process specifics. This approach allows selecting the optimal solution for precise handling of both liquid and viscous products and materials.
Diaphragm dispensers
Diaphragm dispensers are designed for precise and stable delivery of liquid substances where tightness, reliability, and repeatability are critical. They operate through reciprocating movement of a diaphragm, creating vacuum and pressure in the working chamber.
This type is suitable for food liquids, technical solutions, reagents, and various production processes, especially where stable handling of flowable substances is required.
Peristaltic dispensers
Peristaltic dispensers are used for high-precision dosing of sensitive and chemically active liquids. Their operation is based on sequential compression of an elastic tube by rollers, moving the fluid inside without contact with pump components.
This isolates the product from mechanical parts, reduces contamination risk, and simplifies cleaning. They provide very small, highly repeatable doses, ideal for reagents, lab liquids, pharmaceutical and cosmetic mixtures.
Impeller dispensers
Impeller dispensers are used for viscous, soft, and heterogeneous products. They work via a rotating impeller that moves the product through the chamber, ensuring stable flow.
They are ideal for sauces, creams, pastes, cosmetic masses, and medium-viscosity substances where gentle handling and consistent flow are required.
Key differences
The main difference lies in the product delivery principle and the type of medium they handle.
1 Peristaltic — best for clean, delicate dosing of sensitive liquids.
High precision from 0.2 to 3 ml.
2 Diaphragm — for stable dosing of liquids and solutions.
Typical accuracy 3–5 ml.
3 Impeller — for viscous and dense products like creams and pastes.
Average accuracy 10–20 ml.
Impeller pump dosing range
Select the required capacity.
For example, from 50 to 24,000 ml per pump.
How an impeller dispenser works
The operating principle is based on rotation of an impeller inside a sealed chamber. It captures portions of product and moves them from inlet to outlet, ensuring continuous and even flow.
This allows stable transfer of viscous and heterogeneous products without damaging structure, which is critical for sauces, creams, and pastes.
Applications of Titan Techniks dispensers
[ ЯкорьВидео2 ]
Impeller dispensers are used where consistent, repeatable, and precise results are required under daily load with viscous products.
- Food industry — sauces, jams, mayonnaise, fillings
- Cosmetics — creams, gels, shampoos, conditioners
- Technical products — lubricants, pastes, reagents
- Pharmaceuticals — ointments, gels, suspensions
How to select a dispenser
Selection begins with product analysis, required dose volume, accuracy, and productivity, followed by choosing pump type, materials, and configuration.
Key factors:
- Product type and consistency
- Viscosity and inclusions
- Dosing range
- Line productivity
- Chemical resistance and hygiene requirements
Why a local manufacturer matters
A local manufacturer provides faster service, spare parts availability, and reduced downtime risks.
Titan Techniks offers solutions with clear support and customization, making them more practical than unsupported imported equipment.
