Section 1 — soaking and primary degreasing

• Maximum temperature up to +100 °C — activates the cleaning solution, quickly removes oils, coolants, lubricants, and other heavy and old contaminants.

• Bubble agitation — air supply through the liquid creates turbulence, helping loosen adhered dirt; ideal for the first cleaning stage.

• Filtration — constant circulation of the solution through the filtering element removes mechanical impurities, sludge, and dirt particles separated during washing.

Section 2 — ultrasonic cleaning

• Dual-frequency system (28/40 kHz) — frequency switching allows working with different types of contaminants and materials:

 • 40 kHz — delicate cleaning (jewelry, medical instruments, optics)

 • 28 kHz — deep cleaning of carbon deposits, rust, pastes, oxides.

• Adjustable ultrasonic power — allows adapting the intensity to a specific type of part.

• Filtration — constant circulation of the solution through the filtering element removes mechanical impurities, sludge, and dirt particles separated during washing.

Section 3 (in three-section models) — passivation or final rinsing

• Heating and bubble agitation — ensure uniform application of the passivating solution or intensive washing away of detergent residues.

• Rinsing — used for chemical protection of surfaces after cleaning (to prevent corrosion) or for the final washing stage.

• Filtration — prevents re-deposition of dirt on parts, maintains stable quality of the working fluid, and increases efficiency at the following cleaning stages.
