Types of contamination that Titan Cleaner can handle:
-
🧪 Colloidal contamination – effectively removes fine particles of organic and inorganic origin that deposit on the surfaces of reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes, reducing the performance of water treatment systems.
-
🌑 Sulphide deposits – dissolves and removes deposits of iron, manganese and other metal sulphides that form on membrane surfaces when in contact with contaminated water, preventing blockage of channels and reduction of throughput.
-
🧂 Salt crystals – removes deposits of carbonates, sulphates, chlorides and other salts that crystallize in the pores and on the surfaces of membranes, causing increased hydraulic resistance and reduced filtration quality.
-
🌱 Organic deposits – effectively removes bio-organic films, residues of humic substances, microbiological contamination and organic colloids formed during long-term membrane operation.
-
⚙️ Oxide contamination – removes oxide films and deposits of iron, aluminium, silicon and other metals that accumulate on membrane elements when in contact with natural water or as a result of equipment corrosion.
-
🛢️ Grease and oil contamination – dissolves and removes oil films, residues of technical oils and greases that get onto the membranes during equipment operation or service.
-

9️⃣ Cleaning membranes made of cellulose acetates (CA, CTA) – gentle cleaning from oxide, salt and grease contamination while preserving the natural hydrophilicity and mechanical integrity of membranes.
🔟 Cleaning polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membranes – effective removal of organic, microbiological and grease deposits that can accumulate during the treatment of waste and process waters.
1️⃣1️⃣ Cleaning stainless steel membranes – removal of colloidal contamination, grease and salt crystals formed by contact with chemical reagents and process liquids.
1️⃣2️⃣ Cleaning PVC membranes – removal of grease and oxide deposits that can reduce the elasticity and filtration properties of the polymer base.
1️⃣3️⃣ Cleaning polypropylene (PP) membranes – removal of sulphide and organic contamination accumulating during filtration of process and pharmaceutical media.
1️⃣4️⃣ Cleaning membranes made of fluoroplastics (PTFE, PVDF) – effective removal of oxide and grease contamination formed during filtration of corrosion‑active substances.
1️⃣5️⃣ Cleaning glass‑reinforced plastic (GRP, FRP) membranes – removal of grease, organic and salt deposits that impair mechanical strength and durability of membrane systems.
